TEXT MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions govern participation in Parks Cabinets Project Updates, an optional project-related text-message program operated by Parks Cabinet Shop, Inc., doing business as Parks Cabinets. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Parks Cabinets Project Updates is an optional text-message program for customers, contractors, and project participants who provide consent. Messages may include appointment and delivery confirmations, installation scheduling, requests for information or approvals, project updates, delay or weather notices, service-support communications, and follow-up messages.

2. Enrollment and Consent

By providing your mobile number, checking the consent box, and submitting the consent form, you authorize Parks Cabinets and its text-message service providers to send project-related text messages to the number provided. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to provide consent.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on project activity and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Parks Cabinets does not charge a separate fee for project text messages.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Parks Cabinets text message. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. We may continue to communicate through telephone, email, mail, or other appropriate methods. To enroll again, you must provide new consent or follow the instructions we provide.

6. Delivery and Carrier Terms

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability, device settings, carrier service, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received within a particular time.

7. Mobile Number Changes

If you change, deactivate, transfer, or stop using the mobile number enrolled in the program, notify Parks Cabinets promptly or reply STOP before relinquishing the number.

8. Marketing Messages

Parks Cabinets Project Updates is currently used for project-related communications, not promotional text messaging. If promotional text messages are offered in the future, Parks Cabinets will provide separate or additional disclosures and obtain any consent required by law.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of mobile numbers and consent records are governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the text-message program or these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued participation after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
